With your purchase you will receive a ticket for the English-language run of the Larp Werther Fever (May 14th to 17th 2027 in Castle Seehaus, 91478 Markt Nordheim Germany). The ticket price includes accommodation (shared bathroom on the same floor), food, drinks and a character designed by the organizers of the game.
Werther Fever is a LARP event set in a German principality during the Napoleonic Wars. The game is inspired by real historical events as well as fictional stories set during this exciting period.
Costumes All participants are responsible for their own costumes. If required, we can offer advice and, where possible, help out with costume items from our collection.
Paying in instalments If you choose the option "down payment", the remaining ticket price has to be paid in two equal instalments of 100,- Euro each. The first instalment is due one month after the initial purchase and the second after two months. You will receive a separate payment form for this purpose.
Gender of the Role When registering, you must specify whether you are purchasing a ticket for a male or female role. There is a limited number of characters in each category to ensure the balanced gender ratio among the roles that is necessary for our concept. Of course, the gender of the roles do not have to match the actual gender of the participants.
Early arrival If you're traveling a long way, it's nice not to be totally rushed and join the game at the last minute (or later). Besides, romantic games are often easier if you already know your fellow players a little bit. Therefore, we offer you the possibility to arrive on the evening of October 28th for a small extra charge. There will be no program organized by us on this evening and the following morning and only a simple catering.
Accessibility
The castle is a historic building that has been left in its original structural condition in many places. On the one hand this is wonderful for our game atmosphere, but unfortunately it also causes problems with regard to accessibility for people with physical disabilities. To help you decide whether the larp is suitable for you, here are some notes on the location:
Several parts of the venue can only be entered via stairs; there are no ramps for wheelchair users.
Inside the building there are stairs and steps in various places – these have no lifts or ramps.
There are no accessible toilet or washing facilities.
There are uneven areas both inside (old floorboards, worn stairs, slippery tiles) and outside (lawn, tree roots, remains of walls) the location.
The outdoor areas of the grounds are partly unlit.
At night, the lighting in some areas of the location is very dim.
Refund policy After purchasing your ticket, you have a fourteen-day right of cancellation. After this period has expired, the participation fee can generally no longer be refunded. The following applies up to one month before the event: If you should determine that you cannot attend the event, you can try to find a replacement participant. In this case, you will receive a full refund. We are happy to help with the search.
Please note: Tickets can only be sold to other participants with our consent.
